Probs with Digital Mammo Images from Hologic Selenia

Post by hyounker » Thu Jul 31, 2008 6:37 pm

When trying to send images from the Hologic Selenia system, PACSONE reports the following in the log:

Thu Jul 31 14:29:05 2008 INFO - <10> C-STORE [1] command received in P-DATA-TF PDU
Thu Jul 31 14:29:05 2008 WARNING - <10> [32158] bytes fragmented in DataSet PDV [32752]

Thu Jul 31 14:29:08 2008 ERROR - EXECUTE: SQL Bad Query: Duplicate entry '' for key 1

Thu Jul 31 14:29:09 2008 INFO - Session: <10> disconnected for client: 192.168.0.71

The Selenia does not report any errors and it seems as if it believes that the images have been sent successfully.

Thanks for any help.

1. Which version of PacsOne Server are you running?

2. Can you change the default logging level of PacsOne Server to "Debug", by modifying the following Registry value?

Code: Select all

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\RainbowFish Software\PacsOne\${AeTitle}\LogLevel
Change the default value "Information" to "Debug", and restart PacsOne Server. Then send another image from the Hologic device to PacsOne Server, and send the resulting PacsOne Server logs to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net.

This version is way too old. You should upgrade to the latest 6.1.1 at your earliest convenience and the problem should be fixed after the upgrade.

Any licensing issues with upgrading? Any changes to MYSQL or PHP?

You do not have to change MySQL, Apache or PHP if you are fine with the existing versions. But you do need a valid upgrade password for the upgrade, which should have been sent to you if you had purchased or renewed one of the annual technical support options along with the PacsOne Server license.

I have none of these. How do I purchase an annual upgrade password or new license or whatever I need to do to get the upgrade?

You will need to purchase or renew one of the annual technical support options in order to receive a new upgrade password for your server. Please send your current PacsOne Server license (license.dat) to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net.

You will need to send your existing PacsOne Server license (license.dat), along with your existing upgrade password (if purchased), to: mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net, so that we can determine whether it's still valid and send you a PDF invoice for the upgrade.

We've already done this. You were going to send custom pricing for us, based on what we need. I sent an email a week ago.
