First off PACSONE rocks!!! I have used it for about 5 years now and it's amazing. I have millions of images and terabytes of data and growing. I am looking to run PACSONE on a virtualized server and curious if there are any issues in doing so?

We generally do not recommend running PacsOne Server on a VM environment, because of the overhead (e.g., CPU, memory, network bandwidth, etc) taxed by the virtual machines. But if you are determined to run a production server on a VM and are Ok with the overhead, then PacsOne Server should run just fine as on a real server.
