Auto Route Failure Scenario

Post by nwhiteley » Thu May 26, 2011 11:10 am

Hi,

If we have a local PacsOne server (receiving images directly from the acquisition device), configured to Auto Route to a central PacsOne archive server, what happens if the link to the archive server fails?

Will the local server continue to try and connect or will it give up?

Thanks,

Neil

PacsOne will retry a failed job up to 3 times before giving up.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

Is this configurable?

The number of retry attempts (default is 3) can be configured via the following Registry DWORD value:

Code: Select all

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\RainbowFish Software\${AeTitle}\MaximumRetries
