Pacsone Warning/Error Message

On the Home screen for my PACSONE I see this warning several times above the Patient list:
Warning: mysqli_fetch_row() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, boolean given in F:\PacsOne\php\database.php on line 178

This mostly likely means the mysql/mysqli PHP extension was having connection problem to the MySQL daemon running on this server, so you should check the MySQL service and make sure it's still running fine.
