Hello
I want to forward studies to a windows PC in other net than Pacsone, to K-pacs or ClearCanvas?
Can i do it? What i need? Is it possible without VPN, etc?
Thanks!

Certainly, as this is a basic feature of PacsOne Server.

All you need to do is define an AE entry in the Dicom AE page of PacsOne Server, with the AE Title, hostname/IP address and TCP port information of this remote AE, then you can verify the Dicom connectivity by clicking the Echo URL link and see if the defined remote AE can successfully accept the Dicom C-ECHO request sent from PacsOne Server. If so, you can then proceed to send Dicom studies/images to this remote AE.

So, i can send the studies from pacsone to, for example, K-pacs, without VPN, just AETitle, IP and Port.

VPN is totally transparent to Dicom applications, because Dicom is at OSI Layer 7 (Application layer) while VPN is at Layer 3/4 (Network/Transport layers). So you will be able to send Dicom studies to the remote AEs with or without VPN.
