Allocate a user more than one Institution

In the user access filters, It appears that Pacsone intelligently discovers all Institutions from which the studies in the database came from. This are listed in a drop-down for allocating to user for access.

However, only one institution can be allocated to one user.

It would be great if user A could have access to, for example, Institutions XY and Z.

This is a good idea and we'll add it to the next release (6.4.2) of PacsOne Server.

Thank you very much for adding this feature to 6.4.2.

I would like to upgrade from 6.3.7 but I have not purchased a support package from Pacsone.

What then do I need to do?

If I needed to do a fresh install (so I can change to 64-bit) What are the requirements?

Regards.

To purchase the annual email support option, you need to send your current PacsOne Server license ("license.dat") under the directory where PacsOne is installed to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net.

To install the 64-bit version of PacsOne Server, you need to download and install the 64-bit version for ALL required components, e.g., MySQL, Apache and PHP.

Thanks for your reply.

So for 64-bit, do I only purchase annual support or new license?

The annual technical support options are totally separate from the PacsOne Server licenses, regardless of whether you have a 32-bit or 64-bit license.

Thanks,

I meant when upgrading from 32-bit 6.3.7 to 64-bit 6.4.2.

I guess paying annual support will allow me to upgrade without having to buy a new license.

I will contact you for specifics when doing the upgrade.

Yes, if you purchase one of the annual technical support options, you'll be able to upgrade to newer versions of Pacsne Server and you don't need to purchase another license at all.
