Hi,

I have a user that locked his account. Its says he can log in after 12 hours.

1. How can i unlock this user?
2. Where can I make a change from 12 hours to 90 seconds?

1. You can unlock a locked-out username by removing the following file under the directory where PacsOne Server is installed:

FailedLogin/$username

2. You can change the Lock-out period from the default of 12 hours by modifying the following line in the "php/constants.php" script:
