No thumbnails displayed after successful import

Post by joesiciliano » Wed Apr 08, 2015 3:13 pm

I am using PacsOne 6.2.4 and several studies that I imported lately are not showing thumbnails or listing of images. THe studies imported without error and the image counts are accurate. I have comfirmed file premissions, as well.

What do you see from the Thumbnail images page, e.g., the STOP sign instead of the thumbnails?

Also, did you check and make sure there is sufficient storage space in the thumbnail and full/size image directories? By default, they are the following sub-folders where PacsOne Server is installed:

php/thumbnails/
php/images/

No stop sign. Just empty space where the thumbnails would normally be. Also lots of room on the storage partitions. I am running on linux. Some of the older studies from one cd are displayed as expected, however. All the problem images are CT studies.

Can you download a sample image from the problem study, by clicking the checkbox in front of the empty thumbnail then click on the <Download> button to download it into a zip file then send it to us?

Hi, joesiciliano.
Have you ever worked it out? When it comes to resizing image process, I have another question for you.I wonder how can I accomplish the image resizing process. Do I need another image resizing plugin to help customize the size of images? I am almost a green hand here. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Arron

Make sure you see the ImageMagick PHP extension loaded successfully from the output of the test page below:
