More flexible reports

Post by mukoya » Wed Jul 08, 2015 8:09 pm

Apart from using AET and time as the only filters for studies while creating reports, expanding the number of filters can be useful.

In my case, we often would like a list of all studies from a given institution with a column containing the name of the radiologist that reported the study (added note/attachment). A list of all studies (from a certain institution) reported by a given radiologist would also be very useful in our case.

So, extra options would be good, starting with reporting doctor and institution.

Thanks.

Are you talking about the "Tools->Statistics Report" page? If so, we can certainly add more filters such as the Institution Name, or the Reviewing Username, etc.

Yes, I am talking about the reports under Tools>Statistics Reports. At the end of the month, we can send a report to the facility with details of what study was reported by which radiologist or to the radiologist with all studies that he reported. Useful columns would be Date, Name, PID, Modality.

In my case, number of attachments column would be useful because sometimes a study is saved in the system under the same study Instance UID yet it contains multiple distinct examinations e.g X-ray skull, X-ray cervical spine, X-ray shoulder etc (e.g for a road accident patient). In this case, radiologist post individual reports for each anatomical region so they can be paid for each. So, we can check number of attachments to determine number of reports.

Thanks.

Ok, we'll try to add more filters to the "Tools->Statistics Report" page as you requested for the next release of PacsOne Server.
