Log-in and Anti-Spam Code not showing

I'm using Pacsone Premium 6.4.6 64-bit, Apache 2.4.18 64-bit. PHP 5.6.11 64-bit and Mysql 5.5.13 64-bit on windows 7 professional. Installation went well however when I go to http://localhost/pacsone/home.php, there is no log in button and the anti spam code is not showing. I did place the php5.5_imagick.dll from C:\PacsOne\ImageMagick to C:\PHP\ext folder. I looked this up and people are suggesting my php5.5_imagick.dll extension did not load and I edited the wrong php.ini, but I seem to be stuck at this point. Please advise. How do I know which php.ini is correct to edit?

I ran php --ini in the cmd and this is what it output:

1. Did you add/enable the following line in your PHP.INI configuration file (current version being loaded is "C:\PHP\php.ini"):

2. There's also another issue as the "Session.save_path" variable is currently NOT configured, so you need to set it via the following line, e.g.,:

I did add/enable the extension (I'm using php 5.6 so I added the 5.6 extension, is that right?)

I added the session data as you suggested, still no log-in button or anti-spam code showing. I have included my php.ini for you to review. I also included my httpd.conf at the bootom. Please advise.

You are currently running PHP 5.6 but you have the following line in your PHP.INI configuration file:

extension=php5.5_imagick.dll

So you should change it to the following line instead:

And also make sure you copy that "php5.6_imagick.dll" extension DLL into the "extension_dir" folder which is currently set to "C:\PHP\ext". Save the file and restart Apache for the change to take effect, then check the HTML output of the test page below and see if the ImageMagick PHP extension is loaded:

Ok that fixed the issue, but i'm running into another issue -- I can't log in. It says, "Could not connect to database dicom@localhost as User: root
Please check your username and password."

I am certain my password is correct because I can log in fine with that password in Mysql via mysql -u root -p

mysqld.exe is running

Please help!
