Upgraded to PHP 5.0.4 and it worked.

So i got the server up and running,
no it seems I have a problem with my license, I cant recieve studies from any modalities I checked the processes manager and there is only PacsOnesSrv.exe running so im about to try another fresh install.

Also I cant seem to get PacsOne to see the GE CTI, I cant ping it from the PacsOnes server and I cant ping PacsOne from it.
I Have tested the CTI from an efilm station and it works fine, I have also been able to ping PacsOne from the efilm station.

I re-installed PacsOne but I still dont get pacsone.exe running as a process.
Good lord it seems my install of PHP is still no good.

If you only see PacsOneSrv.exe but not PacsOne.exe from the process list of the Windows Task Manager, then your license file (license.dat under the directory where PacsOne is installed) is either missing or invalid.

If you license file is missing, chances are you probably did an un-install of PacsOne Server which removed your trial license file, which will not be created again even if you re-install PacsOne. If that's the case and you still want to evaluate PacsOne, please send a request for a new trial license to:

And remember not to un-install PacsOne if you still want to use it.
