A Vital Feature

I'm using PacsOne for the first time.Seems a very comfortable package to use.We do a lot of post processing of images. From that angle, i think PacsOne comes up short, because it does not allow the technicians to open the study directly in an external viewer to do post-processing work.It gives a download option, but to save the post-processed images back into PacsOne is not possible unless the original patient/study is deleted.PacsOne does not query for updating of existing patient/studies. No Technician/Radiologist/Admin would want to upload the post-processed images manually. It's too cumbersome. Kindly update me on this feature.

This is not exactly true, as you can send the post-processed images back to PacsOne for an update.

To have PacsOne automatically fetch the post-processed images, you can use the auto-sync feature to have PacsOne fetch all studies. Or if you can update the Study Date of the post-processed images, you can have PacsOne fetch only those studies with a Study Date within the last X days when you configure the auto-sync feature.
