Fedora 4 (Stentz) Install Problems

I am running Fedora 4 with all the updates as of today.
Mysql 4.1.12, PHP 5.0.4
I have phpMyAdmin running so I have full WEB MySQL database control using PHP. Yes: pacsone/Hello.php works.
PacsOne is installed and waiting a permissions issue in a different forum.

The imagick.so is in the php.ini and when I do an LDD, it list 10 of the 13 items your install manual has. There is no error but, libjpeg..., libjasper..., and libtiff... are not listed, they are in the /usr/lib file with the other files.

When I run pacsone/login.php, I get a "Not authorized to access this URL:http://...", followed by 4 questions, Select dB, User, Password and Enter Anti-Spam Code from Below, only i do not get the antispam code.
The code is generated, i found it in the php/session folder.
The error_log has undefined function imagick_readimage().

The php5/imagick.so appears to fail to load in php, when I include an extension=imagick.so and run php -e, I get

hello.php does not show the Imagick loaded.
I compaired the php5 and the /usr/lib/php/modules/imagick.so and they match.

Yes, if I include imagick.so I get the version error list above, if I remove it the error goes away. It does not change Hello.php.

Everything checks out ok from your configurations, so the problem can only be one of the following:

1. imagick.so:

Can you list the date and size of your imagick.so under your PHP extension directory?

2. PHP 5.0.4:

The imagick.so for PHP 5 was built using the the PHP 5.0.3 source distribution, which in theory should work with PHP 5.0.4 since the API version did not change. But maybe you should try PHP 5.0.3 instead because of an unrelated but important bug in PHP 5.0.4:

3. Fedora 4:

We've tested the imagick.so for PHP 5 on Fedora 3, so there's no reason why it won't work on FC 4. We'll test a new install on a FC 4 and see if we run into the same problem.
