I am on windows 2000
Using Mysql 4.1.15
php4.4.0
I tried to use IIS 5 and got this error:
Not authorized to access this URL: http://rtcbtsvr/pacsone/pacsone.php

I installed Apache 2.0.54 and still get the same error.

I did mysql with the root account and it works
I dkd mysql with the pacsone account and it works.
THe install of PacsOne appears to be ok, Pacsone service is running and generating logs. The database was created.
I did mysql grant all to root@% and root@localhost

If you did fail to login from the web page, but the same login information works if you can login to MySQL from a command shell, then there's something wrong with the PHP extensions. Can you post the output of the your test page here:

I ran into this problem myself:

Since you've installed MySQL 4.1.x, you need to load the mysqli PHP extension instead of the mysql extension, but the problem is PHP 4.x does not support the mysqli extension, so you'll need to install PHP 5.x instead if you've installed MySQL 4.1.x. (Or you can downgrade to MySQL 4.0.x if you want to keep your current PHP 4.x)

PHP 5.05 and mysqli.dll got me logged in now I get:

Yes there are 31 tables.
I re-ran Setup.exe and still have the same problems.

Is there an online demo of the software I can show my customer so I can show him this is what he wants, and buy the software with support?

Would this problem cause the recieving to fail?

This error means the incoming AE title of "CT" is not recognized by PacsOne, either because it's not defined in the Application Entity page, or access has not been enabled for it.

Do you get the MySQL error for every PacsOne page you access? Or just some of the pages? What does your Application Entity page look like?

On the AE form I am confused.
Do I create an AE with title CT? I use the CT machine IP but what port? The only port I know is the PacsOne rx port. Or does it matter?

1. For the PHP Warning, it's actually a very annoying "documentation" bug introduced since PHP 5.0.5 that's creating a lot of headaches:

In PacsOne's case, it's actually a harmless warning message. To turn off these Warnings, you can modify your PHP.INI file not to display Warning messages:

2. Yes, for the two AEs (PacsOne and the CT machine) to know about each other, you need to define the other entity for each AE:

A. For PacsOne, you need to define the CT machine as an AE in the Application Entity page, with the hostname, IP address, and/or port number it listens to if this CT machine can also accept incoming connections.

B. For the CT machine, you need to do similar things for it to know about PacsOne, i.e., define an entry for PacsOne by specifying the AE Title of PacsOne, the hostname and IP address of the host where PacsOne is located, and the port number PacsOne is listening to, etc.

You need to do the above not just for PacsOne, but for any two Dicom entities to know about one another.

I added an AE for the scanner (which is off) and now every 10 minutes I have this in the Log file:

The CT machine is to send to the server after a scan is done. Not when the server request, not sure it even support that.
Did I enable something?

You must have checked the Modality Worklist SCP checkbox when adding this AE, as PacsOne will poll this remote AE for worklist items if you've defined it as a Worklist SCP.

If this remote AE is really not a Worklist SCP (doesn't seem that's the case from what you've described as a CT machine), you should modify the AE and uncheck the Modality Worklist SCP checkbox to turn off the polling.
