Unable to view rows and columns in radscaper

When I am in Radscaper and change the rows or columns to 2 or more the opposite that I choose will only than allow 1. When previously it showed 1-8. Also when I try to open another image it seems to lock. In the demo version I was able to view 2x2. Now with the registered current version only 1 at a time. Any suggestions?
