with the netstat command, there is no listening to the port 1234.
Could it be a port-prob, used by another prog? How could I check this? Or is there another possibility to change the port?

You should check if you have a valid license (license.dat) under the directory where PacsOne is installed. If so, you can send it to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net and have it checked for you.

That means that the connection failed, cause the counterpart is not actiing in a certain time, or the established connection has mistakes, cause the connected localhost is not answering.
So I don t know what to do.
A knew installtion showed up with the same probs, and that on ifferent machines.

The fsockopen() error means the host where PacsOne is installed could not establish a TCP connection to the remote port number at the configured IP address for that remote AE you're trying to ping, so make sure you've configured the correct port number and IP address for that remote AE, or there's no firewall blocking incoming packets from the PacsOne host to that port/IP address.

the remote AE title in that case is the ae-title of pacsone itself.
I am unable to establish a connection to the port 1234 on all machines, running with 2000 andw2003 as OS. A firewall is not running, so I ve no idea what prog is using the port 1234.
checking the ports with netstat , port 1234 is not established or listening.
I really don t know what to check anymore, allthouh the installation of pacsone seems easy to me to realize, but the devil is in the detail.

This usually means your license is either missing or invalid. If it is present (license.dat under the directory where PacsOne is installed), you can send it to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net and we'll check it out.

You can send the output of the following command run from a shell on your server:

1. If you're running Windows, type:

C:\>ipconfig /all

2. If you're running Linux, type:

$ uname -a;/sbin/ifconfig

Did you configure PacsOne to listen to the default port number of 1234?

If so, then PacsOne was not running as port 1234 was not being listened from the output of the netstat command you posted.

It seems that you've already found the reason why PacsOne Server was not running, as your trial license seems to be missing. If this is the case, please follow the message a few posts back to get a new trial license.

Well, finanally I got it running.
I made a complete new installation with w2k and I downloaded the last version 4.1.3 and wamp 1.6.6 and then it was running.
It was as you suggested, the licence was missing in the installations before, now its there.
May be it was a prob with my downloaded 4.1.2, cause the installation manual is really good in describing the installation.
Probably you should add the installation with wamp, its the matter of choice to my mind and allmost idiot proof and only needs the addition line for imagick.
Thanks for your help.
