3. Is any option to view logs for studies which are not received from modalities ? (failed studies)

You can modify the Patient ID information by clicking on More Information from the Patient List pages, then click on the URL link underneath the current Patient ID to change it.

It took 2 MB per mail.
You must mean Monthly Statistics Report emails as PacsOne does not send emails for System Journal at all. To stop PacsOne from sending those statistics report emails, you can simply un-define the Email Address for the Administrator ("root") from the Configuration menu when logged in as the Administrator.

Click on Tools -> Today's Logs, which will display the PacsOne Server logs for the current day, although the logs are for all activities of PacsOne Server but not limited to only failed studies.

I have to stop Server Monthly System Journal report only from PACS server.
