AGFA NX 2008

Post by rpayne » Tue Nov 04, 2008 9:49 pm

Sending from NX 2008 CR system, my images from NX show as sent successful, but never appear in the PACSONE worklist.

I see an error message in the log file:

Which version of PacsOne Server are you running?

The warning message from the PacsOne Server log seems to suggest a known bug in earlier versions (version 3.x) of PacsOne Server, so if you could upgrade to the latest version 6.1.2 of PacsOne Server, this will no longer be a problem.

Version 4.0.1 is quite out of date, so you should definitely upgrade to the latest version 6.1.2 of PacsOne Server which contains the fixes for this bug, in addition to many new feature updates.

Which release was this fixed ?

We have backup server running version 4.01 and there is the same error. We are thinking of deploying second backup with version 5.1 to overcome this. Will this work ?

Whic version fixed it?

Thanks for the link to the latest version but I need to know if the backup server with 5.1 will fix this otherwise there is no point in deploying the backup server- will need to do some work on it beforehand.

You can verify if that's the case or not, by installing a version 6.3.5 trial then send the same study from the Agfa CR to the trial system and see if it can be received successfully.
