Only one image from the study received

is there a reason why PacsOne is not responding? The PacsOne.exe file is not loading as a service and the logs will only show entries from the Aug 11, 2009???

any help???

You may have a license issue you don't see PacsOne.exe process running from the Windows Task Manager (or Linux process list). So check and make sure your current trial license (license.dat under the directory where PacsOne Server is installed) is still valid and has not expired.
