That sounds like ImageMagick module crashed while trying to display the image data. Does this problem occur for all of your images or just images for this particular patient?

In any case, would it be possible for you to send one of the failed images to the following address so that I can reproduce the problem?

mailto:bug.report@pacsone.net

Thanks.

Hi,

It happened to all my images. The images were sent to the PacsOne server using either CTN or JDICOM via storageSCU. Some images I've tried were from the example data of IDL, just FYI.

Thanks for any suggestion.

You can try reviewing the images stored in PacsOne archive directory by using any DICOM (Part 10) storage format compliant image viewer like ezDicom, just to make sure the stored images are not corrupted.

If you can view the images from DICOM image viewers, but couldn't see them via the web interface, then the issue is with the Imagick PHP extension module which is used to display the images. In that case, would it be possible for you to send a sample image in raw file to:

mailto:bug.report@pacsone.net

for trouble-shooting?

Thanks,

Problems seemed to be XP specific. It runs OK on Windows 2000 now.

The new 1.0.0.8 version has some problem.

The local machine display everything fine, but not the remote machine - if you click magnify, the images won't show.

This is a new bug introduced by version 1.0.0.8 where new features like image magnifying and scrolling are added.

It has been fixed and you can download the latest php.zip and replace the old version with the new one. See the following FAQ for details:

http://www.pacsone.net/faq.htm?#C8

This is a very good catch and please keep them coming.

Thanks,

Pacsone has been tested on Windows XP Home Edition with service pack 1.

Are you running XP Home Edition or Professional Edition? Have you applied the service pack 1 for XP?

This is a bug in 'IM_MOD_RL_dcm_.dll', it has been fixed in version 1.0.0.9 which will be released very soon.

I'll also add it to the download page so that if you don't want to upgrade to the latest release, you can download the DLL and replace the old one.
