Instalation problem, first login

Hi.

in my first instalation of PacsOne for testing, when try to log in:

http://localhost/pacsone/login.php

i recive the following message:
"Error: pacone server licence is either missing or has expired"

in task manager only have PacsOnesrv.exe running
