Auto Route Not Working
Recently, the Auto Route function stopped forwarding images to the assigned destination. Nothing else changed. Can you advise?
Can you login as the Administrator and check the Job Status page from the Main Menu? If you see a lot of jobs stuck in the Submitted status, chances are that either your current trial license has expired or it's invalid. If this is the case, you can send your current trial license along with the output text of the following command run from a local shell on your server to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net:
1. If you are running Windows, type:
C:\>ipconfig /all > ipconfig.txt
2. If you are running Linux/MacOS, type:
$ uname -a;/sbin/ifconfig
1. If you are running Windows, type:
C:\>ipconfig /all > ipconfig.txt
2. If you are running Linux/MacOS, type:
$ uname -a;/sbin/ifconfig
