MySql control center

Still trying .......

I get the following error when trying to connect to the database with control center.

Does this shed any light.

[cmipacs] ERROR 1130: Host 'A0101859' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

This seems to be a MySql feature/bug as PacsOne Server does not use MySql Control Center in any way whatsoever.

Were you able to login to MySql from the command line? i.e.,

Shell>mysql -u {USERNAME} -p {DBNAME}

where:

{DBNAME} is the MySql database you created for PacsOne.
{USERNAME} is the MySql username you created for Pacsne.

I was trying to access the database with control center to troubleshoot.

PacsOne is working, but I cannot access because my license from the premium edition went out after 15 hours.

What do I need to do to get running again? I am not at the site now, but I need to get it going first thing in the morning. I noticed I have no License.dat file. My database and ae_title for the server are both cmipacs.

You can send the hostname of the server where PacsOne is installed to mailto:license.info@pacsone.net, and we can make a new trial license for you.

Sent the information in. I got the license.dat file and put it on the server in the pacsone directory, but still no one can access the server. I can login through the shell to the database, so it seems that part is okay.

The windows event log says the service is started and does not show an expired license.

The task manager now shows the pacsone.exe and pacsonesrv.exe both running, but the services don't show pacsone running only pacsonesrv

If you see both PacsOne.exe and PacsOneSrv.exe in the Windows Task Manager, then PacsOne is running fine. The Service Manager will not tell you which .exe program is running or not.

If your application cannot connect to PacsOne, the first thing you should check is the Application Entity table and you need to make sure access is enabled for any application that is connecting to PacsOne. You can also check the PascOne Server log to see what error got logged on the PacsOne side.

We are better, but all machines are not working.

I am getting this from an attempt to send from our cr unit.

No system can send to pacsone. all the efilm stations give the unable to write dicom object error. This is what I used to get on searching names on the basic edition - which prompted us to go ahead and move up to the premium edition.

The PacsOne Server log seems to suggest problem receiving such images from eFilm. Could you provide the following information to trouble-shoot this problem?

1. Which version of the Premium Edition did you install?

2. Is is possible for you to send us a sample image you were trying to send from eFilm? You can anonymize it if you are concerned about privacy issues. If so, please send the sample image in a zip file to mailto:bug.report@pacsone.net.

I emailed the test image over and I have found to my surprise that three workstations can send, but no others. I'll remind that no changes have been made on the workstations since we installed the premium edition, and no entities have been added to pacsone since the upgrade. This is very strange behavior.

This is the only error I get on each of the fails:

ERROR - Exception encountered in IoCompleteCallback
