Studies not showing up in PacsOne properly

I am having problems with studies displaying correctly within PacsOne and forwarding to any given destination from one specific Philips MRI machine. When sending to PacsOne, the study some of the thumbnails are displaying within PacsOne with a red stop sign icon. Some of the series are displaying with a modality code of "PR" and some appropriately as "MR". Once the study is forwarded to our PACS, the modality code displays as "CR". The strange part about this is that when I send directly from the MRI machine to our PACS, everything displays correctly. Any thoughts?

Those series with the Modality code of "PR" means they are soft-copy presentation states (i.e., screenshots), which is not yet supported by the ImageMagick PHP extension used to display the JPG/GIF images converted from the Dicom images, and thus the STOP signs.

But in any case, most (if not all) Dicom image viewers (standalone or web-based) should be able to display such PR series just fine, i.e., if you forward such PR series from PacsOne to a remote AE or simply review them from one of the web-based Dicom image viewers, they will be displayed just fine.

Hi,

I am running v 6.3.7 on wamp server 2.4 and still experiencing this issue. Appeared to be random but on further probing, it seems to affect lossy compressed studies of at least CT and CR that I have tested.

Is there a workaround other than uploading only lossless studies?

Do you mean the STOP sign was displayed instead of the thumbnail images for the lossy-compressed CT/CR images? If so, can you click on the checkbox in front of any of the STOP signs displayed from the Image Thumbnails page, then click on the <Download> button to download that particular image into a zip file, and send it to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net so that we can check it out?

I am getting an error with no description when trying to download an image. Just "Error". Even thumbs with visible images give this error.

I do not see any information in pacsone logs.

Looks like there's known bug in version 6.3.7 of PacsOne Server where the <Download> button would not work in the Series or Image Thumbnails page. We have identified and fixed the bug for the next release (v6.3.8 ) of PacsOne Server, and you can download the patched PHP scripts from our website below:

http://www.pacsone.net/patch637.zip

To apply the patch, simply extract the content of the downloaded zip package (total of 3 PHP scripts) into the php/ sub-folder where PacsOne Server is installed and replace the original versions (backup the originals first just in case).
